Dupree Gardens (Land O’ Lakes)

One of my favorite things about Dupree Gardens is how much texture it adds to your photos. One of the things I love most about Eagle Park for maternity photos is its versatility. Philippe Park is one of my favorite recommendations for moms who love classic Florida scenery.

Hillsborough River State Park (Thonotosassa)

Hillsborough River State Park is one of the most diverse and scenic locations for maternity photos near Tampa. One of my favorite things about this location is how peaceful it feels. Unlike wide-open parks, John B. Sargeant Sr. Park has a more secluded atmosphere that allows the natural beauty to take center stage. The wooden boardwalk winds through lush greenery before opening to beautiful river views, giving your gallery a wonderful mix of textures and scenery.

Aripeka Sandhills Preserve (Hudson)

This 168-acre park offers a mix of lush greenery, peaceful trails, wooden bridges, open fields, and scenic water views, creating a variety of backdrops within one location. 

One of the best features for maternity photography is the boardwalk and canopy walk, which adds beautiful texture and depth to photos. The towering trees, winding pathways, and peaceful creek create a beautiful backdrop for expectant mothers.

• Soft, neutral tones (whites, beiges, creams, olives, sages greens, rustic oranges, browns photograph beautifully at nearly all of these locations)
• Flowing dresses that allow movement
• Comfortable shoes for walking between spots

TIP: Start by styling mom’s outfit first, then choose the rest of the family’s outfits to complement hers.
